A loose rooibos blend with apple, valerian, orange blossom, lavender, mallow, blue cornflower, safflower and aroma. It is earthy and softly fruity, with floral and root-herbal depth.

How to brew it

1. Measure 2-3g of loose blend for 200ml of water.
2. Heat the water to 95°C.
3. Steep for 4-5 minutes, then strain.

Rooibos, apple (apple approximately 97.5%, citric acid E330 and optional ascorbic acid E300), lavender, valerian, orange blossom, mallow, blue cornflower, safflower, aroma and salt.
