What are these essential oils for?
Scenting a room. Use them with a diffuser or suitable aromatherapy equipment; they give an hour its atmosphere. They are not for the body.
Standard or organic — does it change the smell?
No. Same plant, same aroma. Organic changes how it is grown and sourced, not how it performs in the room.
Can I use them on skin or in the bath?
No. Our essential oils are for aroma use only. Do not apply them to skin (even diluted), add them to baths, or ingest them. Every bottle carries the full guidance.
How many drops should I use?
Start with 3–5 drops in a diffuser and adjust to the size of the room. More is rarely better; the good smells are patient.
10ml or 50ml — which size?
10ml suits a single room and the curious. 50ml is for a favourite you already trust, or a diffuser that runs most days.
Are they safe around children or pets?
Diffuse in a well-ventilated space, avoid use around children under 3, and keep all bottles out of reach. Some oils are unsuitable around animals; check each product before use.
What if I choose the sensible oil and regret it?
30-day returns, no interrogation. Or keep both; blending is how the trouble starts.
Do the oils talk about me when I leave the room?
Constantly. The bergamot is complimentary, the vetiver rather less so. None of it is actionable, so try not to take it to heart.
Is the keeper available for emotional support?
The keeper offers correctness, not comfort. You will leave better informed and mildly told-off, which several customers have described as bracing.
