The story
A tin of Earl Grey once rolled off a Brew Basin shelf and came to rest among the mallow petals. Nobody reported the incident because the next pot was better for it. Dark tea still leads. The familiar lifted citrus character still does its work. The petals simply leave a softer edge around the cup.
What this actually is

How to brew it
- Measure 2-3g of loose blend for 200ml of water.
- Heat the water to 90°C-95°C.
- Steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain.
- Add milk or a plant-based alternative if preferred.
