The story
The British summer has issued no firm commitment. Fine. Hibiscus has brought the red, kiwi the sharpness, strawberry the soft fruit and the tea leaves enough depth to stop the whole thing drifting into cordial. The season may report late. The cup has opened without it.
What this actually is
A loose fruit and tea blend with hibiscus, Sencha green tea, pu-erh, strawberry, rose hip, kiwi, apple and aroma. The kiwi pieces contain sulphur dioxide, declared below in the allergen information.

How to brew it
- Measure 2-3g of loose blend for 200ml of water.
- Heat the water to 90°C-95°C.
- Steep for 4-5 minutes, then strain.

Sencha green tea, Pu-erh tea, hibiscus, rose hip, freeze-dried strawberry, kiwi (kiwi 56%, sugar, citric acid, colour E141 and sulphur dioxide), apple (apple approximately 97.5%, citric acid E330 and optional ascorbic acid E300), aroma and salt.
