The sorter and the moth
Someone shelves the oils by memory and refuses to be rushed on a temperament call. A resident moth checks the cedar by sleeping on it. If it won’t settle, the batch waits.
One ingredient, every cavern. Choose an essence to see products containing or centred on it.
Every cavern has someone who tends it and something living in its walls. They sort, guard, grumble and quality-check. What they do not do is make the products, real bottling, sourcing and certifying stays with our supplier. Keepers are staff, not stock.

Bath authority of the lagoon, forever showering under the waterfalls with a toy ship. Inspects the foam personally. Has opinions about damp towels.
They keep the flames honest and the wax behaving, tending the little weather of candlelight the lair is known for. Fussy about draughts.
Dwarvish, patient, unimpressed by glitter. They know the weight and pressure behind every stone, and they take the word ‘treasure’ seriously.

Warms the cups, watches the water routes from the lagoon above, and treats a properly steeped brew as a small ceremony. Cosy, never twee.
Nature-rooted and practical, nothing pointy-hat about them. They keep the ritual tools and old nature magic, and would like it known that it is a craft, not a costume.
Elves handle the elegant wrapping; goblins tie the ribbon at speed and take packing personally. Tape is their love language. Kraft is the house style.
New caverns keep stirring below, and each one reveals its keeper in its own time. When a department finds its face, it will appear here.
