Red Bush Digestive
THE POT THAT STAYS OUT
Rooibos, mint, fennel and anise for the conversation after the meal.
A fuller mint-and-anise blend made for pouring twice.
The story
Lunch is over. One person has moved the serving dish three inches and called it clearing up. Nobody else has taken the hint. This is when the pot stays out: earthy rooibos beneath fresh mint, fennel, star anise and green anise, with linden softening the edges.
What this actually is
A loose rooibos blend with fennel, mint, star anise, green anise, linden and aroma. Rooibos gives the cup an earthy sweetness beneath the mint and anise.
Kept for: Earthy rooibos · Fresh mint · Fennel · The second pour

Why choose it

Gift tag
For: The host who regards a second pot as basic civilisation.
Do not give to: Anyone already stacking chairs while the pudding spoons are warm.
Do not make the second pot
