These terms apply to purchases from wunderwurld.co.uk. The seller is Steve Wishart trading as Wunderwurld, 2 Champion Down, Effingham, Surrey KT24 5NQ, United Kingdom. Email: legal@wunderwurld.com.

1. Orders

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have supplied accurate information. Your order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or otherwise expressly accept the order.

2. Products and prices

We try to describe products accurately. Colours, textures, natural materials, botanicals, stones and handcrafted goods may vary. Prices and delivery charges are shown before checkout. We may cancel before dispatch for stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or delivery limitations; any payment taken will be refunded.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We will deliver within the period agreed or, if none is agreed, without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or your nominee.

4. Cancellations and returns

Consumers buying at a distance generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions apply, including certain personalised, perishable and sealed health or hygiene goods once unsealed. See our Returns Policy.

5. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

6. Product use and safety

Read all labels, instructions and warnings. Use aromatherapy, essential oil, incense, candle, bath, body and botanical products only as directed. Do not ingest essential oils. Keep products away from children, pets, eyes, heat and flames where relevant. Product descriptions are not medical advice.

7. Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the site or use it unlawfully. Site content, branding, artwork, lore, characters, text and design are owned by or licensed to Wunderwurld and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring claims in courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
